Inside the house you will find stylish yet practical furnishings that will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Two cosy bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms offer sufficient privacy and comfort for all guests. The underfloor heating provides cosy warmth at any time of year, while the fireplace adds an extra dose of cosiness on cooler evenings. There is also a washing machine for your sole use and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Outside, an inviting terrace invites you to relax and enjoy. The pool for communal use offers welcome refreshment on warm days. Your holiday home is detached, so you can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of your own property. For guests with pets, we offer pet-friendly accommodation, where two large dogs are also very welcome. The area surrounding the holiday home is characterised by its close proximity to the water. A 774 metre walk will take you to the child-friendly Baltic Sea beach. Water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions on the beach. A grocery store for your daily needs is just 1500 metres away. The central location between historic Hanseatic towns and the idyllic village itself offer a wide range of opportunities for leisure activities and exploring the region. Linen, Parking and Outdoor Area Please remember to bring your bed linen and towels if you have not expressly booked them in advance. Otherwise, we will assume that you are bringing your own. Bedding (pillows and duvets) is provided. Please park vehicles only in the designated parking spaces. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each house is equipped with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. Please ensure that the umbrella is folded down whenever you leave the property. A charcoal barbecue grill is also available and should be cleaned after use. For fresh bread rolls, please visit the Liebeslaube Campsite. Additional shopping facilities, including a Kaufland supermarket, can be found in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away. The Wi-Fi password can be found on a sticker attached to the door frame. Each house is equipped with an easy-to-use washer-dryer operated by a coin-operated timer, which is activated using euro coins. Pool, Sauna and House Rules The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge. In addition, an outdoor sauna by the pond is available in a beautiful natural setting. It is operated with €1 coins and can be reserved exclusively through us. Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds. We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property. Please ensure that the dishwashers are emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand. If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also require that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.
