This 60m² semi-detached house is on a little holiday house estate in Dornumergrode about 2km from the beach. The terrace provides high-quality wooden garden furniture, where you can sit comfortably, relax and admire the nature with a glass of fine wine. There is a shed in the garden with plenty of space for bicycles, hand carts and toys. There is a shared parking area by the holiday house. The various rooms are spread over two floors. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190cm), as well as a shower and a WC. One of the two bedrooms looks out as far as the island of Baltrum. The living room is on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished, providing a TV, a DVD player, a radio and games for entertainment in case the weather is inclement. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can just relax and dine. The coffee machine, toaster and kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Dornumergrode is between Dornumersiel (2km) and Neßmersiel (5km), a small village with 300 souls. Here at the Kluntje-Pott there are fresh rolls and newspapers in the mornings, as well as the best homebaked cakes. It is 3km to Dornum, where you can find three supermarkets (ALDI, NETTO, EDEKA) and various restaurants serving typical Frisian specialities. You can enjoy pure nature on a walk by the tidal flats world cultural heritage or in the inland area. You can go fishing at various inland lakes, or you can walk through the village and discover the many little shops. There are various quays with boat crossings to the islands of Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeroog or Spiekeroog. A travel bed and highchair are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. There is no wireless Internet access, but you can use the wireless connection free of charge at the Reethaus am Meer in Dornumersiel about 2km from the house.
