The beautiful vacation home “DAS FERIENHAUS” is located in a well-maintained vacation home complex (row houses). The homes are built in the traditional Frisian style typical of the region and feature full brick facades. A private sun terrace with a lawn is attached directly to your vacation home. The entire complex is surrounded by evergreen thuja hedges and rose hedges. Each vacation home has a separate parking space and a lockable storage shed. Access is via a quiet residential street. A playground, bus stop, and bike paths in all directions are located right at the property line.
There are 75 square meters of living space spread over 3 floors.
Ground Floor: bright living-dining room with a glass bay window and direct access to the terrace; paved terrace with 5 garden chairs plus a table and a patio umbrella. Two high chairs are available; underfloor heating in the living-dining area; satellite TV; DVD player; various games; Wi-Fi via LTE router; in-furniture safe; fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker,toaster, microwave, refrigerator with *** compartment, naturally lit shower room with toilet and washing machine on the first floor, hallway with coat rack and utility room, vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop; tiled floors.
1st floor: Bedroom with double bed, sideboard, radio alarm clock, closet, and dormer window; guest restroom; children’s room with bunk bed (90x200 cm), closet, and dormer window; laminate flooring.
Attic: Sofa bed, boiler, skylight, and carpeted floors; access via a space-saving staircase; private parking space available; insect screens in the children’s room, bathroom, and bedroom; lockable utility room; 2 women’s bicycles, one youth bicycle with 24" wheels (use at your own risk), bicycle pump.
You can book bed linens and towels as an add-on. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on site.
A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival and key handover. Located on the edge of a field with a view of the dike; shopping in the immediate vicinity in Dornumersiel and Dornum; café and restaurant in the neighborhood; well-developed bike paths, sports and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area, horseback riding, hiking, biking, fishing, boat tours, pedal boat rentals, mini-golf, heated seawater outdoor pool, beach, kite-flying field, mudflat walks, beach volleyball, “Reet Haus am Meer” with its large children’s playhouse “Scheune” and plenty of play equipment, reading room with library, fireplace room, table tennis, arts-and-crafts and workshop rooms, events and tourist information, the Baroque Dornum moated castle, Beningaburg Castle, St. Bartholomew’s Church, synagogue, historic market square, “Oma Freese Huus,” post mill with museum railroad, and harbors in Dornumer- and Nessmersiel.
