About this apartment rental
You’re sure to feel right at home in our small but charming vacation rental.
The apartment, which includes a garden, is located in the small village of Dornumergrode in the municipality of Dornum.
Here, between the coastal resort of Neßmersiel and the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. It’s the perfect place to unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life.
There is a parking space for one car at the house, as well as a wall-mounted charging station.
This is a smoke-free home, but dogs are welcome here.
The property is fenced in.
All windows are equipped with roller shades.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living and dining room with an adjoining kitchen.
Here you’ll find a cozy seating area (sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with a bench and three chairs. A high chair is available; it just needs to be set up.
The kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances. We provide a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, all dishes, a Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. You’ll also find dish towels, dishwasher tablets, and paper towels.
The bathroom features a large, walk-in shower (120 x 90 cm), a toilet, and a sink, as well as towels and toilet paper.
The upper floor is accessible via a space-saving staircase.
Here you’ll find a bedroom with a cozy double bed and a separate sleeping area with a bed that accommodates one or two people. Of course, there is a closet for personal belongings. Bedding is included in the price. We’re also happy to provide a travel crib for our youngest guests.
This means we can accommodate up to 4 people.
The garden is available to all guests. With a cozy seating area and a small covered terrace, everyone is sure to find a comfortable spot to relax.
The price is per night; a flat fee of €70.00 for final cleaning will be added. Additionally, the visitor’s tax is payable through us; this is based on the guests’ ages and the duration of their stay.
