Freshly renovated in 2019!
Our holiday home "Nordsee 2" is the semi-detached house of a typical "Frisian house". It was freshly renovated.
Attention: If the booking capacity is free, both halves of the house could also be booked. Ideal for traveling with grandma / grandpa, large families or traveling with friends.
We have furnished the house with great attention to detail, very high quality, tasteful and complete.
The house is in a quiet side street (Attention! One-way street) of the historic coastal town of Dornum. Shops, doctors, pharmacy, baker, etc. are still within walking distance of a radius of about 700m. You are also in nature in just a few minutes (200m), which should not be unimportant for dog lovers. The area has a well-developed network of cycle paths and the coast is only 7 km away.
The house has a large garden that is completely fenced except for a section of hedge. Ideal for families and dog lovers! Free WiFi!
The guest contribution / visitor's tax for the North Sea ServiceCard are not included in the rental price.
There is an additional 70.00 euros for final cleaning on site.
The fee for the final cleaning and the visitor's tax of the Dornum community are payable on site when the keys are handed over to the home service company.

Das Objekt war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. In einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und der Agentur, die die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht hat, war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr schön, hier kann man es sich auch bei einem Regentag gemütlich machen. Der eingezäunte Garten war mit Hund und Kleinkindern sehr praktisch. Für die Spaziergänge mit dem Hund ist man schnell auf den Feldern, alles sehr idyllisch. Der nahegelegene Bahnhof und die alte Eisenbahn hat es den Kindern besonders angetan. Zum nächsten Hundestrand fährt man rund 10 min., sehr praktisch. Im Ort selbst ist es sehr ruhig, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es sauberer gewesen wäre. Wir haben sämtliche Spinnweben und Staub auf Mobiliar entfernt. Das Duschen hat sehr lang gedauert, da ewig kein warmes Wasser kam und der Druck auf der Düse extrem niedrig war - dies ist aber, denke ich, den Vormietern geschuldet, die dort ihre Hunde geduscht haben.
Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen - allerdings in die Haushälfte nebenan (gleicher Eigentümer), weil eine Badewanne mit zwei kleinen Kindern praktischer ist :)

Wir waren schon zum 2 Mal in diesem schönen und komfortablem Ferienhaus und es hat uns wieder super gefallen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt super und es sind sogar Absprachen und Änderungen während des Aufenthalts möglich, danke dafür .
So können wir wieder auf einen entspannten Urlaub zurück blicken.
Von Dornum aus kann man bequem viele Orte in Ostfriesland erkunden. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz ob mit Kind , Hund oder einfach mal Freunden .

Wir haben die 1 Woche Urlaub mit unseren 2 Hunden sehr genossen.Der Hundestrand in Nessmersiel ist nur zum Empfehlen!
Der Eingezäunte Garten war super und hat sich zum Badminton spielen super angeboten.
Leider war der Grill nicht nutzbar weil er vom letzten Besucher oder bei der Endreinigung vergessen wurde. Es gab ein kleines Problem mim Badezimmer ohne dauerhaftes Lüften lag ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft wo eventuell mal genauer Nachgeschaut werden sollte.
