About this house rental
From 2019, our spacious holiday home will be available to holiday guests for the first time.
It is a typical Frisian house, which has been completely renovated, lovingly, brightly and very high quality furnished and fully equipped by us.
The house is located in a quiet side street of the coastal town of Dornum, in the "North Frisian Wadden Sea" National Park, near (7km) the North Sea and the ferry crossings to the "East Frisian Islands". A WiFi connection is available and is provided free of charge.
The guest contribution / tourist tax charged by the Dornum community is payable on site and is not included in the rental price!

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Das Parken ist problemlos in der Einfahrt möglich. Besonders geeignet ist die Wohnung für Hunde, denn der Garten ist wirklich ausbruchsicher eingezäunt. Auch bei der Sauberkeit war nichts zu bemängeln. Fr. R. war immer erreichbar für Fragen und hat super schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank 😊

Beim durchlesen der Bewerbungen ist uns schon aufgefallen wie teilweise unpassend die Antworten des Vermieters waren. Und das wird bei unserer Bewertung wahrscheinlich genau so sein...
Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist schön ruhig so das man sich gut erholen kann.
Allerdings hat das Haus nicht gehalten was wir uns erhofft hatten.
Leider sehr dreckig. Teilweise kaffeeflecken vom Vormieter, Staub ohne Ende, dreckiges Geschirr.... auch als ich dann noch mal zum Büro gefahren bin und sagte das es recht dreckig ist, wurde nichts gemacht und die Endreinigung voll kassiert. Die Spülmaschine ist auch defekt. Die Teller und Tassen werden nur im unteren Teil einigermaßen sauber. Man muss immer noch mal per Hand nachwaschen.
Auch die Raumaufteilung ist eine Katastrophe. Allerdings ist das natürlich Geschmackssache. Also bevor der Vermieter wieder unpassend Antworten muss....probieren Sie die Hütte aus und machen Sie sich Ihr eigenes Bild. Das beschriebene ist nur unser Eindruck. Wir kommen nicht wieder...
