The property is located in Berlin Altglienicke in the Treptow/Köpenick district, the largest district of Berlin with the largest proportion of woodland and water.
This flat has a terrace in the inner courtyard.
This maisonette holiday flat is located in the first house with two other flats. It has a living space of 50 square metres spread over two levels. Modern and comfortably furnished, it can accommodate up to five people. On the ground floor is the modern, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, window and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a seating area with a table and four chairs, and a sofa bed, are also located in the lower living area. From here, a staircase takes you directly to the open-plan, spacious sleeping area on the upper floor. Here you can sleep in two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and on a double sofa bed. Underfloor heating allows the maisonette to be used all year round.
The quiet location offers you a relaxing balance to the lively capital metropolis. The flat is around five kilometres from Berlin-Schönefeld Airport, yet the location is very quiet. Dear tenants, this property is planned and designed for a family holiday, so please understand that we cannot accept bookings with several fitters or craftsmen, so please always include the names and ages of all travellers when booking so that your booking can be answered quickly.
