We’ve set up a key box because the keyless door system isn’t working reliably. If possible, I’ll welcome you in person. I’ll email you information about the key box one day before your arrival. Your vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor, to the left of the staircase. Please be considerate of the neighbors in the stairwell and avoid unnecessary noise from suitcases or loud conversations. The municipality of Schönefeld has recently introduced a lodging tax, which I am required to collect and pass on in accordance with regulations. Please understand that you must transfer the lodging tax of 10 euros per night before your arrival. I will send you the details separately. Unfortunately, the booking platforms do not collect the lodging tax. Thank you very much for your understanding.
