Appartement fonctionnel pour une famille de quatre (2 parents + 2 ado). Nous y sommes restés 10 jours. Bien situé : petit supermarché Edeka à 2mn à pied. Magasin Bio à 5 mn dans le coin du métro. Station de S-Bahn (Karlshorst) à 5mn à pied et bus & tramway au même endroit. Bref, pratique pour le tourisme. On est en 20mn à Alexander Platz. Quartier et environnement calme.
Appartement moins lumineux que ne le laissent penser les photos. Il est en rdc coté salon et cuisine et en demi sous-sol pour les chambres. L'équipement pour faire la cuisine pourrait être amélioré (nombre de couverts, plats pour servir et saladiers, état des poêles).

De locatie is echt prima. Dicht bij station Karlshorst, je bent met de S bahn zo in het centrum. Het appartement is ruim, dat is met 3 pubers erg fijn.
De woonkamer, die is in verhouding met de slaapkamers klein. De bank is niet meer optimaal, de eettafel is eigenlijk te klein voor 5 personen. Ook mag het appartement een opknapbeurt hebben.

Instalaciones cómodas, bien comunicado, se mantuvo fresco en plena ola de calor
El apartamento estaba sucio. Al andar se pegaban los pies al suelo, salieron bolas de pelo de debajo de las camas, algunas toallas estaban sucias y el water tenía una capa de mugre horrible. Al ser un sótano había bastantes bichillos tipo peces de plata y arañas. Las llaves no estaban en el cajetin y tuvimos que esperar.
