Wir waren für einen kurzen Städtetripp nach Berlin gekommen und diese Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Die U-Bahn und ein Bahnhof lagen nur 7 min von der Wohnung entfernt und man kam dadurch sehr schnell an Ziele in der City. Für das Auto war es kein Problem, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox hat tadellos funktioniert. Es wurden sogar Bilder mitgeschickt. Bad und Küche sehr klein aber dafür gibt es keinen Punktabzug. Es war alles zweckmäßig vorhanden. Gerne wieder!
Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Gute aber relativ ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten. Preis-Leistung passt. Gute Ausstattung: alles außer TV, hat uns aber nicht gefehlt. Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Unterkunft ist für sieben Personen ausgelegt, es wird aber nur ein Schlüssel bereitgestellt. In einem Zimmer besteht keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Der Hausflur wirkt etwas abschreckend und ungepflegt.
