1-Not enough light in the unit 2-Too hot and no fan available , I requested on the day 3 and got one floor fan that was not enough 3- I booked for 2 people but only got 1 set of key, which is unusual. When asking the spare for second person surprising enough I have been asked to pay 40 Euro additional fee. This is unacceptable as I already paid for stay of 2 This was very inconvenient and un professional request

There was no table to eat at..I book self catering so that I can shop in the fantastic markets and cook for myself…the kitchen was really well equipped but I hate eating off a plate on my knee. The apartment was very dark due to locked shutters (I accept that is for security but I needed light). No mattress cover..just a sheet.
