Magnificent apartment- 1BR-4P - Tour-Eiffel

The apartment is in a great location with a park around the corner and grocery stores and cafes very close. An excellent surprise was the Sunday morning market that takes place under the elevated train line. The apartment is quaint and ideally sized for 3 people max (It was just myself and my 4yo daughter). The bed was very comfortable. We were unfortunately in Paris during a heat wave so the apartment was rather uncomfortable on those days since it is on the top floor and there is no A/C (but most places were also very warm on those days too....). There were tower fans in the apartment that were a life saver. We absolutely would stay here again and would recommend this apartment.

-the access procedure needs improvement. For us, the explanatory photos for steps 3 and 4 were missing, which caused confusion, and no one answered at the agency’s phone number when we called for help. The apartment floor is not indicated from the beginning in the procedure, and most of the doors are identical. Please add a distinctive sign so it can be easily identified. -the access elevator is very narrow; with two adults and one child we sometimes could not go up together and had to go one by one. Also, up to the 7th floor there are quite a lot of stairs… -why provide six wine glasses if there is no corkscrew?

Clean , good location , staff reply so quick.

The lift and bathroom are too small , it’s better to stay for 2 people but not 4 people

Beautiful apartment with Eiffel Tower view. Perfect location in the city centre. Very clean, cozy and comfortable.
