The apartment and room was spacious and clean. The apartment is on the outskirts of center, still in a walking distance, and is therefore very convenient for those who have a car like I did; the street is in the free-parking zone and I never had a problem finding a space, so you don't have to worry where to leave the car or whether and how to pay. Probably is also less noisy and hot during the night than being in the Centro Storico. Nadia, the host, was very nice and attentive, even put an effort to meet my special requirements. I booked a room for one person, but since some guests cancelled the reservation, she gave me their room that was more spacious.

Letto e materasso non particolarmente comodi. Mancanza di cassaforte, scrivania e sedia (quest'ultima.poi recuperata) Inoltre (non dipende dalla struttura), la sera via Toma (strada comoda per il centro) non è illuminata

Our host was super nice, friendly, and very communicative. She was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She was pretty quick to respond whenever we had questions or issues. The rooms were nice, big, and clean. So was the common kitchen area, and it was stocked up with coffee for the coffee machine and fresh cold water in the fridge. She recommended us the restaurant she worked at, so we went there for dinner (which was also pretty good) and she was a great host there as well, even upgraded our table to another one. We only stayed for one night and if we were to come to Lecce again we would definitely stay here again for even longer.

We had a slight hiccup with locking our room door. So we contacted our host, she was pretty quick to respond and solved the issue even as we weren’t there, and after we came back we had no issues getting in or locking the door. Other than that I think the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Parking experience good. Breakfast in outside bar but OK.

Owner behavior that negativelly affected our stay. Mold in the bathroom and a non-functioning shower.
