The host was very friendly and clear on how to check in. Great communication and help on what to do and where to eat.
The room had a vaulted ceiling, comfy bed and a small but efficient bathroom.
The rooftop was a sun trap and a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down.
The room was next to the cleaner's cupboard and just off the main reception room so it was quite noisy. The fridge in the room made odd noises too so I didn't sleep particularly well.

We loved how big the property was, the terrace was so nice to chill on and how lovely Sofia was when we arrived. She was so helpful with everything, gave us recommendations of the city, where to go, she was amazing!

The location is nice. The building is an old palazo so this is also very authentic and nice. The room is big and the bathroom very small. The area is super close to everything. The host gave us a map and great recommandations for food.
You need to schedule your arrival time. We discussed several times with the arrival hour and when we arrived in an unbearable heat even though we notified we still waited. Shower too small. No information about the breakfast.... even though we had breakfast included. No information about if we can leave our lugages in the area in case we have a very late flight. We asked and received the answer when it was time for check out...

Great location in the center.
Staff were very friendly and greeted us with lots of advice on the area and places to see and eat.
Our room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and cool in this heat.
Loved the roof terrace to have an aperitif at sunset. Just perfect!
