Position. My room was large. No noise.

Breakfast was poorly organized, with limited chioce. One morning the only bottle of in the refrigerator milk was expired.

Great location - once we found it. Lots of room, even a rooftop balcony.

Getting access was a little complicated, but this was our first experience with this type of check-in. We never had any problems once we figured out how to do it.

​Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was spotless. The cleaning ladies do a fantastic job and they are the real asset of this place. ​The Shower: Modern, spacious, and very functional. ​Location: Very central, just 300 meters from Piazza Sant’Oronzo

Rude Management: Upon arrival, the property was wide open and completely unattended. When I called to report this, the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. ​Zero Comfort: The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were uncomfortable. For the price paid, at least a couple of extra pillows should be provided. ​Noise Issues: The soundproofing is terrible. I stayed in the "Fico" room and could hear the neighbors' shower as if it were in my own room. Being so central, the street noise is also constant. I barely slept for two nights. ​Complicated Access: Having to enter three different codes (main gate, entrance, and room) is a nightmare. It’s frustratingly slow and difficult to manage if you are tired or coming back after a night out. ​Overpriced Transport: Don't trust the taxi service recommended by the owner. They charged me €5 more than the official Lecce taxi rates.
