Der Kontakt, bei Problemen war sofort jemand zu Stelle, war wie man es sich wünscht. In der Küche war alles fürs italienische Frühstück und jeden Morgen gab es eine lokale Süßigkeit. Einweisung erfolgte prompt und es war alles vorbereitet. Die Nächte waren ruhig und von einem Lärm der Straße nichts zu hören. Die Klimaanlage war tip top und leise. Das Bett angenehm, das Warmwasser sofort bereit und das Zimmer war sauber. Zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum keine 5 Minuten. Francesco hat ein sehr gutes Konzept und seine Reaktionszeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft war immer sehr gut aber niemals aufdringlich.
Es gab nichts, das zu bemängeln war.
