The hosts were very kind and even gift you a "special" local breakfast delicacy The room is very clean, equipped and conditioned, there are different room styles for families, couples, single travelers, etc. Individual private bathrooms with no need to pass through common spaces.
There is a common fridge but this is for main use of student guests (Lecce is home of a big university), Perhaps a fridge for the other guests could be a plus.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Amplios ventanales y ventilación. Tenía baño compartido con otra habitación, cosa que no me di cuenta cuando reservé. El check in muy bien. Los propietarios amorosos. El desayuno simple aunque el primer día nos esperaron con un pasticciotto riquísimo. No había fruta ni quesos /fiambres. El primer día no hubo yogurt pero el segundo día si. Había café y te, además de algunos refrigerios, para tomar en cualquier momento . Parking dentro del establecimiento fue para nosotros un punto importante . Está a 15/20 minutos caminando del centro histórico. Nos recomendaron una pizzería riquísima al lado.
El desayuno no tenía opciones saladas ni productos frescos .

Malgré un petit temps d’attente, l’accueil a été chaleureux. Proche du centre historique. Parking fermé, très apprécié Le petit déjeuner d’accueil était top.

Location was brilliant, lots of restaurants in the town centre which was about 10 minutes walk.
Didn't like that the towels didn't get changed once in the 4 days we were there. In fact the towels should be thrown out as they were thread bare. Bathroom radiator was quite dirty that didn't want to use. Bed was lumpy and not really comfortable.
