Piękny apartament, chyba z najlepszym możliwym widokiem na Katedrę z balkonu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, parking podziemny w cenie, czyściutko a wyposażenie na wysokim poziomie, włącznie z expresem do kawy. Bardzo polecam i na pewno tam wrócimy na dalsze zwiedzanie Brna.

Labai gražiai įrengtas butas naujame name su dideliais langais, per kuriuos matyti nuostabus miesto su katedra vaizdas, ypač sutemus. Patogi lokacija, nes centras puikiai ir greitai pasiekiamas pėsčiomis. Yra patogus požeminis garažas, kas yra didelis privalumas.
Virdulys buvo sugadintas, o kavos aparatas buvo tik su malamomis pupelėmis, kurių užteko tik vienam kavos puodeliui. Tad rytais kavos gerti neteko

Lokalita, komunikácia s prenajímateľom na výbornej úrovni, byt bol dostatočne a vkusne vybavený, možnosť parkovania v garáži
Jediné mínus bola absencia klimatizácie, vyzeralo že tam v budúcnosti budú vonkajšie žalúzie, takže tento problém sa vyrieši,
