Velmi sympatický hostitel, účelné a dostatečné vybavení prakticky rozvrženého bytu, možnost využití klimatizace, centrum města i všechny druhy hromadné dopravy v bezprostřední blízkosti atd.

An excellent location minutes from the train station. Filip, our host, even came to meet us at the train station and help us with our luggage. We are 3 senior ladies and so this was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed. It was small but very well appointed, clean and the space was used very well. We were able to walk to see the many sights in Brno and enjoyed our stay.
We were only there one night and day so it met our needs very well. For a longer stay it might be a bit small but certainly manageable.

A lakás közel volt a vasúthoz és a belvároshoz. De ebből adódóan rendkívül zajos környék, aminek nagy részét az ablakok leszigetelték. Éjszaka a zaj miatt ablakot nyitni nem lehet, légkondival kell hűteni és szellőztetni. A lakás tiszta, kényelmes, a felszerelés megfelelő. Egy modern apartmanházban található. Lift van.
