Excellent location - so close to the Old Town but very quiet at night.
Well equipped accommodation - decent kitchen and washing machine etc
Comfortable beds
Air conditioning in living room and main bedroom
Well cleaned
Attentive host - quickly resolved a minor issue.
A few parts needed some TLC - very loose toilet seat, wobbly floor slats in kitchen, bathroom lock doesn't lock.
A little better cleaning around the shower seals is required.
Main stairs and entrance is uninviting in appearance but this is out of the host's control. It felt perfectly safe and no issues.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable.
The furniture was also very nice, and the apartment was fairly well cleaned
It was very close to the night life and the city centre
The building in which the apartment is located is not very clean nor beautiful;
Even tho the apartment can be booked by 6 people, I would say that to be comfortable you should be 4, 5 max.
