The location was great. It was close to El Yunque, Luquillo Beach and a 5 minute walk to Tropical Beach Naguabo. The pool was wonderful. The water was calm at Tropical Beach Naguabo.
The Roosevelt Roads US military airfield was very active especially at night. Every night (4), there were flights late at night between 12:30 am and 1:45 am. Friday night was the worst. It sounded like an aircraft was going to crash land on the house. Then they come back sometimes around 6 am. There are a few flights during the day as well but it's not as loud as the late night flights.
There were problems with roaches in the kitchen. The host claimed that they spray for them I guess monthly. They were where the utensils and plates were kept. A couple were on the floor. We killed a bunch. It's in a tropical area so you have to expect this possibility. We cleaned every day and kept the food in the refrigerator.

Loved the country location by the beach
No hot water so it was a struggle to shower for me and there was dead bugs on the sink. It should’ve been cleaned before we got there but the house was very pretty
