The location and the facilities. It was a great place.
Need fumigation. There are little roaches. Need to clean the A/C systems.

Big space, close to the Beach and stores also a bakery. He has a really nice balcony and everything is close by. The owner was very kind and courteous and will definitely come back

The location is close to the beach and has private parking. Owner’s son was very personable and helpful with recommendations for places to eat nearby.
Google Maps made finding the house rather tricky but owner was helpful via telephone in assisting us. Kitchen is functional but in need of some TLC.
