Отличная локация, квартира в самом центре города. Два отдельных санузла с душевыми. В квартире есть все необходимое.
Чувствуется износ мебели и ремонта, нам не критично, но вдруг для кого-то это важно

Хороший просторный номер, все есть для проживания. Одна спальня без окна (с окном во вторую спальню). Окна выходили на оживленную улицу и рестораны. Вечером было шумно, но стеклопакеты добротные и шум не пропускали (но летом без кондиционера душно, а он тут только в зале). Местоположение - прекрасное, все рядом
Чтобы попасть в этот более-менее нормальный номер, нам пришлось очень понервничать, немного поскандалить и ... нехило доплатить(((( У хозяев много апартаментов и очень большое желание сначала сбагрить неликвид - вдруг, прокатит. Нас вначале поселили в жуткий номер: мебель кривая и обшарпанная, будто собранная по разным углам. Двери побитые, наличники периодически отсутствуют. Везде по квартире стены внизу вздутые с облупившейся штукатуркой, как будто тут был всемирный потоп. Кухня такая неопрятная, что просто пить чай в ней неприятно. В ванной трубы текут - после принятия душа на полу лужа. В одной спальне нет штор... Фото этих "элитных" апартаментов прилагаю Ну и местная фишка - кондиционеры только в зале. Короче: будьте готовы к разным сюрпризам и к жесткому отстаиванию своих интересов
