Läget, fantastiskt mitt i stan, nära till allt vi ville besöka. Lägenheten var väldigt fräsch. Som välkomstgåva fick vi en flaska vin. Stor lägenhet med separat sovrum, kök, dusch, toalett, vardagsrum med Tv. Bra internet. Tvättmaskin, torkställning. Balkong med sittmöbler Hiss i fastigheten. Lägenheten ligger på 10:e våningen.
Det enda vi inte tyckte om var att ägaren som är kolerisk, typen som lätt börjar skrika. Sängen var väldigt mjuk. Inga kökshanddukar att torka disken med. Vi fick inget kvitto på lägenhetshyran.

Самые прекрасные, чистые и уютные апартаменты! Хозяева во всем шли на встречу и были все время на связи! Организовали трансфер из аэропорта за очень приятную цену. Апартаменты в центре города, 2-3 минуты от Площади Республики, с балкона квартиры видна площадь и Арарат. Вокруг множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым!
