- Elevators, luggage carts, and coin-operated laundry are available on every floor
- One complimentary parking space is included - covered & uncovered parking area (first come, first serve - no assigned spots)
- Direct access to one of Hilton Head's best beaches
- Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries and entertainment (Celebration Park & Coligny Plaza)
- Close to several bike rental outfitters (pick up or delivery to condo unit is usually provided). Just provide the bike outfitter the gate code that will provided to you and they can enter at GATE D to reach the bike storage area.

** Please be aware there is NO electric car charging station on the property. Also, you cannot charge any EV or bike batteries in the Villa or on the property due to fire safety reasons. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head Island for the past 20 years, and this stay easily tops the list. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and perfectly situated near Coligny Plaza, making everything convenient and accessible.What truly set this villa apart was the attention to detail. It was thoughtfully designed to feel less like a rental and more like a home. From the quality towels and linens to the little extras—Neutrogena face wipes, spare toothbrushes, and toothpaste—nothing was overlooked. The fully stocked coffee bar was a standout, offering a variety of creamers and sweeteners to suit any preference.The decor was tasteful and inviting, and the balcony furniture was exceptionally comfortable—something we appreciated even more thanks to a bit of inclement weather.If we had one small critique—and this is purely personal preference—it would be that the bed and pillows were firmer than what we’re used to. That said, everything else exceeded expectations. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with.Overall, a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return.

Everything about this condo was top notch. Communication excellent, everything as pictured, pretty view of ocean,parking easy and convenient. This owner clearly uses this home themselves- everything labeled and thoughtful to all details as far as kitchen, home and beach equipment. We can't wait to return.
