Wake up to ocean views, walk to the beach, and ride along the coast on free bikes. Our cozy villa is made for couples, beach lovers, and nature seekers. Fully equipped kitchen that includes a large variety of spices for cooking meals in and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, balcony, beach gear, and walkable to shops and restaurants. Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This is a small yet spacious listing. It is great for 2 people. We found it to be very comfortable and laid out well. AC and fans were available to keep things cool (we had heat advisories) so it was a pleasant stay. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans and dinnerware, etc. Even a Keurig with a couple Keurig cups to get us started. It's an easy walk to the beach and we love that beach chairs are provided. We did not have a car, yet Coligny Park and Plaza were just a 15 minute walk away so it was definitely easy to access restaurants, groceries and other shops. The host was so easy to communicate with and even allowed us an early check in on our arrival day. We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaside Villas.

Great amenities. Loved the outdoor shower and parking. AC is wall unit in the living room. Bedroom is pretty hot but there are ample fans that made it comfortable enough to sleep. Kendal is very responsive and helpful. Will come back

The condo is in a perfect location - right on the beach with a side view of the ocean, across the street from a tree lined walking/bike trail, and just a short walk to Coligny Square (shops, bars, restaurants) and the Tike Hut (live music all afternoon and evening and great tropical drinks right on the beach).Condo was equipped with all the necessities. It was nicely decorated and had a beautiful modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Appreciated the starter coffee pods and the delicious and adorable welcome gift. Also appreciated the beach gear since we flew in and didn't have chairs and such with us. We especially loved having access to the bikes. The trail system is wonderful and we got to see so much of the island this way. Condo is on the top (3rd) floor, the one elevator is close by, and we never had to wait long for it. While there is a pool on site, we did not use.We had delicious meals at Fish Camp on Broad Creek, Hudson's, and The Quarterdeck. The fresh fish and views were amazing. Kendal was an awesome host. We can't wait to return again soon
