This newly built 2-bedroom home is located in a quiet, beautifully maintained community with a seasonal pool, and it’s only a 5-minute drive (or 1 mile walk) to the beach. Ideal for family vacations, this beautiful home blends modern comfort with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Even better—the beach trolley stop is right around the corner, giving you a quick, car-free ride straight to the ocean.

- Cozy patio with a firepit—perfect for evening relaxation

- Enjoy a bright open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area on the main floor, along with a convenient half bath.
Upstairs you’ll find:
- Full bathroom
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Full bed + two twin beds — ideal for kids, friends, or multi-family stays
- Living Room: Sleeper sofa can sleep 2 additional children making total occupancy 8 people
Game Room:
- Head down to the basement for some extra fun! The game room offers a great hangout space for families and groups—perfect for rainy days, relaxing nights in, or friendly competitions.
Parking:
- Each unit includes 2 dedicated parking spaces

NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES or else a $500 cleaning fee penalty will apply.
