About this house rental
Welcome to Tall Pines! Completely renovated in 2021, this beautiful summer house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and offers everything you need to enjoy a perfect Maine beach vacation.
*We have very rare year round home that offers central AC, heat, and laundry!*
Location - Our home is located in the heart of Ocean Park, a quiet, family friendly area in Old Orchard Beach Maine. Just 5 blocks (less than a 10 minute walk) to the beach and center of Ocean Park which offers dining, shopping and more! Tall Pines is located on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful pine trees and quaint beach cottages. It is located just 1.5 miles from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.
Our home has three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has (2) twin sized beds, and the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, custom vaulted ceilings boasting a 200 year old Coastal Maine wood beam. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVS, bureaus and closets to store all your things. There is one full bath with tub/shower combo and the master bathroom
has a large walk in shower.
Large open concept living and dining area with beautiful brick fireplace and dining room table with seating for 4, island seating for 3. Our kitchen is fully stocked with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, dining sets and cookware.
Yard - Our large yard is a great place to unwind and grill out - (gas grill is on site). An outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand and salt water at the end of the day! We also have a cozy screened in porch to relax and enjoy the coastal summer breeze.
Parking - Our house can accommodate parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
Bedding/Linen – Is NOT included. Please bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow cases and comforters. **Should you be interested in renting bedding, please contact us and we can connect you to this service.**
Towels- Please bring your own shower and beach towels with you so you can feel most at home during your visit.
Wifi - high speed internet is included in this rental.
YouTube TV & Netflix included in all three bedrooms and living room.
Attractions - We are located .5 miles to the beach, 1.5 miles from the Pier and Palace Playland and 3.2 miles from Funtown Splashtown USA, 18.5 miles to downtown Portland Maine.

We loved our week long stay at Tall Pines! The house is beautiful, clean and peaceful. We especially loved sitting out on the porch and how close we were to the beach! We love Ocean Park, it is a special place to enjoy family time together. We made many memories during our stay at Tall Pines! Lindsay is the best host, answering any questions we had with a quick response. We look forward to staying again sometime!

This house is as described in the listing. We definitely needed the AC this week as the temps were in the 90s so we were happy we chose this rental. We loved staying in Lindsay’s home. Did I mention cleanliness? Very, very clean. The home is exactly like the listing. Lindsay was very easy to work with and if I had a question, she got back to me in minutes. I highly recommend Lindsay’s home to rent.

This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet our expectations. The interior of the house was very nice—clean, well-maintained, and generally comfortable. While the cleaner missed a few minor details, it wasn’t anything too concerning. However, all four mattresses were extremely worn out and really need to be replaced. The main issue was the outdoor area. The grill was unusable, as both the inside and outside were dirty. There were a couple of plastic chairs outside, and they were covered in dirt, mud, and pollen. I considered cleaning them myself, but even the hose was grimy. It looked like the entire outdoor space hadn’t been maintained for quite some time, likely since winter.On a positive note, Lindsay was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the home matched the description and worked well for our needs.
