Jason was very welcoming, communication was great! Cute beach cottage with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fenced-in yard is large and was convenient for our pup. We enjoyed our walk to the snow covered beach and a visit to Beach Bagels. We did hear a train pass in the morning and evening, but we were up early to start the day and up late playing games, so the train whistle was not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. One small suggestion it would be helpful to have a small binder in the house with info regarding Wi-Fi, Instructions on how to use TVs, and check in check out policies, ie trash day pick up. But great place to stay and would rent this house again. Yard was perfect too! Thank you
