Cozy 3 bed/1 bath cottage with a front and back porch to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a quiet family oriented neighborhood one block from the beach. The cottage is a short 10 minute walk to OOB downtown to easily enjoy the amusement park, restaurants and live music.

What a great spot this is! Fantastic neighborhood, very close to the beach. A 10 minute walk to palace playland/pier. I really love this house, it’s cozy but we fit 3 adults, 3 kids, and 3 small dogs comfortably.

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for! If there were 2 off street parking spots, this would be my go to rental every summer! The owner was extremely responsive and the property is very cute!

Front and back porch were great.
Sheets and towels included, very convenient.
Fireplace in the middle of the place was a bit awkward but overall a nice setup.

The house was very cute, and it was fantastic to be literally a half minute walk to the beach entrance. The air conditioning was very nice and worked well in all the rooms. The one thing I would recommend would be a note to guests (maybe on the fridge?) letting them know that the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella are under the back porch. We only discovered that after going to the beach once with just a few towels. Overall, a very nice stay!
