About this apartment rental
Free beach parking included during rental period at owners beach house ! Large, second floor , sunny, modern unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with fully stocked kitchen close to the beach. Large yard with grill and picnic table for outside barbecues. Non smoking. Linens and towels included. A/C, W&D, Wi-Fi, cable and off street parking for 2 cars. Convenient location to downtown and our beautiful beach. Trolley picks up close to unit for $1.00 each way around town. 7 night minimum for July and August. Off season rates available. Deposits and final payments are nonrefundable .

We have enjoyed this vacation property for years. The unit is spacious and clean. So nice to have air conditioning. Parking right at the beach is a huge bonus. The owner has always been very helpful. Highly recommend
