Every thing was great with the stay
The only issue was that there was a leaking pipe over the kitchen but they sent someone right over to fix it

The backyard was perfect for our kids to play and enjoy some privacy. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The intersection the road is one can be a little tricky to get out of but there was nothing wrong with the property at all and we really enjoyed the home.

The house was spacious, well-decorated and very comfortable. The host was exceptional - very attentive and concerned for our needs. When we tripped a circuit and then needed more linens he responded immediately both times and was extremely helpful. The two beds (AND the two sofa beds) were very comfortable!
It was ALMOST perfect...maybe a few more dishes (only 1 small plate), some washcloths and hand towels (supplied on request!), ice or ice maker ( grocery store is only 2 miles away)...so really no big issues at all.

The house has everything you need to function for an extended stay. The appliances are all modern and in good working order. The decor is pleasant.
The beach house has an attached unit that is rented out separately; this was not described in the listing. The main house is separated from the attached unit by a door equipped with a small hook/eye lock. When we arrived, the entire beach house reeked of marijuana smoke, as the tenant in the attached unit was home and smoking. We were able to air the place out by opening all the windows and leaving for a few hours. When we returned, however, the free parking space provided was occupied by the tenant's vehicle and one additional vehicle that was broken down. There was a man trying to get the broken down vehicle to start - he was obviously impaired (drunk? high?) and did not speak much english, but was able to indicate that he also lived in the attached unit. He did not seem to understand that his vehicle was preventing us from using the free on-site parking provided. We tried to assist him to jump start his car, but this was not successful, and we were ultimately not able to park on-site as planned.
Unfortunately, the marijuana use persisted throughout our stay, and with it the strong smell of marijuana smoke throughout the beach house. My 7 year old niece is an allergy-sufferer, and the constant smell of marijuana smoke left her feeling very poorly. :(
