Lovely farm stay with charming host

Diego was an amazing host, made me feel really welcomed and I would feel at home right away. He even remembered the names of the guests including their habits (such as what each is drinking/eating for breakfast). The entire farm stay is really well taken care of, it’s a cozy, rustical and the same time modern accommodation. The salt water pool is great, good size, temperature and always clean. The room is big and the bed in it is huge and comfortable as well. I had a lovely view at the pool and the restaurant with all those great dimmed lights in the evening. The food at the restaurant was also excellent and the prices are low for this quality of food. The location itself is also great, in only 25 minutes you can be at the beach. I’ll definitely recommend this place to family and friends and try to come again as soon as I can.

Diego, rise this place to top level: takes care of every guest, advice where and how to go, where to eat. Restaurant is realy good, delicious and prices acceptible for everyone. Big swiming pool Definatelly one of best places we stayed in Italy.

Exceptional

We had an amazing time. The quiet location was a perfect base for our cycling trips, there are many nice cities and villages around (Palmanova, Aquileia, Grado). Our host Diego was extremely helpful and welcoming, everyday he ensured we have everything we need, he will help you with all kind of requests you might have. The restaurant next to the hotel offers very delicious food and wine and the best pistachio tiramisu! I hope to come back here soon. Once again, thank you Diego for your extraordinary service 🙂

Superb

Nicely located on a quiet street, away from the busy main road, but still very close to shops, wineries and cafes. The room is comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast consists mainly of pastries ( croissants, strudel, cakes) and fruit. Savory options are sometimes available upon request.

Superb

We had a great stay at the San Gallo. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool every afternoon. Breakfast was great everyday and dinner was also excellent in the restaurant. A couple of small towns were in easy driving distance for playgrounds, groceries and restaurants.

An excellent stay

We've stayed here more than once and would highly recommend it. Diego is a perfect host, very welcoming. The agritourismo is clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant wasn't open for our stay but we have eaten there before, and it was excellent. We've never visited in summer but the pool looked great for hotter temperatures. Breakfast was a wide choice, with perfectly made coffee. Thank you!

Authentic Agriturismo with the friendliest hosts :)

Beautifully situated Agriturismo near Strassoldo with an amazing outdoor pool area and cute rustic looking rooms. Diego does an amazing job at running the hotel. Our stay there was fantastic, the rooms are extremely clean and Diego makes sure that his guests are always doing well. Especially breakfast was exceptional, there's great cappuccino, lots of different fruits and options for sweeter or more savoury breakfast (panini, ham, cheese, tartes, croissants etc). Diego and his colleague are friendly and mindful and always take care of their guests. The Restaurant right next to the hotel offers a variety of delicious meals at decent prices. We can only recommend staying at this place with beautiful landscape and wonderful hosts.

We just slept there for a stopover. The pool was outstanding: large, clean and perfect to relax after a long car ride. We had the apartment with two rooms, great for families. Water bottles in the fridge. Definitely I will return again. Great breakfast at terrace, of course this is only possible when there is nice weather.

Nothing. However, I found it strange that the pool cannot be used after check out. I do not think that there are two many people who would use this option, bit maybe the owner has some reason for this rule.

Superb

Many points: - The rooms are nice and the bed was fantastic! Very comfortable. - The pool was great (the water does not taste or smell like chemicals, like in many other pools). It was a hot day and relaxing there was the best idea ever! - the organisation with the manager was very easy and positive. They provided some extra options for the breakfast and were always reachable. - The location may not have a particular scenery but it was right were we needed it to be, close to Palmanova, with a good restaurant and a pool to telax with the family, and it meet these expectations 100%!!

What I write now is my personal view and although it may sound negative, it did not affect a very nice stay! Just want to explain a bit to avoid a list of points that may be misleading. It was a hot day and the room was very warm. There rooms have AC and it may be better to use this than open the windows because of mosquitos. We do not like ACs, but ended up using it during the night. The minibar is a nice touch to put things in, but beware, it generates a lot of heat outside. We had dinner at the restaurant. We went earlier on to ask for vegan options and were happy with the answer. At the dinner, nothing from what we were told was vegan (homemade gnocci, possibility to do a sauce, etc.). We managed with some basic options (penne pomodoro and zuchini with olive oil) but I was a bit dissapointed with the communication... don't know if the 1st waitress wrote a note and was not seen or the 2nd one did not want to ask for options outside the menu...

Lovely stay at San Gallo

We had an excellent stay. The host, Diego, is someone who really cares for his guests. He communicates well and the service is fantastic. Great breakfast, simple and pure products. Lovely room and clean (we stayed in the appartment). Splendid domain with swimmingpool. Restaurant on the domain, great service, good quality. There’s a road and a railway close but this does not give any noise during the night. We really recommend this to visit Friuli.

agriturismo immerso nel verde che ha reso il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

colazione molto varia , zona piscina attrezzata , ottima posizione per poterci spostare

se proprio devo fare un appunto, mi sarebbe piaciuto assaggiare alcuni prodotti del territorio e non confezionati (marmellate, miele o torte fatte in casa) ma ho comunque gradito ciò che era disponibile.

Consigliatissimo!

Struttura ben tenuta e staff gentilissimo (un grazie in particolare a Diego). Piscina con acqua salata e pulita. Colazione varia e lo staff incline a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti reperendo quanto non dovesse essere presente nel buffet. La posizione vicina all’autostrada ed a supermercati (a Palmanova c’è anche un piccolo outlet).

Un fornello ad induzione non ben funzionante e forniture per la cucina migliorabili. Ma niente che influisca sul soggiorno in modo incisivo.

Bellissima struttura molto curata e pulita. Stanza comoda e pulita, colazione abbondante. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host Diego, sempre molto attento e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Staff professionale e cortese. Come plus una bellissima piscina ed un ristorante veramente top. Grazie ed a presto!

Qualche giorno in Friuli

L' agriturismo è immerso nel verde in una zona tranquilla, ottima la posizione per visitare le città dei dintorni (Udine, Palmanova, Aquileia, Grado, Trieste...). Colazione abbondante e varia. Camere ampie, con aria condizionata, frigo e pulizia impeccabile. Molto apprezzata la piscina. Ampio parcheggio e sorgente di acqua fresca a disposizione degli ospiti. Buono anche il ristorante annesso. Un ringraziamento a Diego, il gestore, per la simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza. Consigliato!

Sehr angenehmes, ruhig gelegenes Agriturismo mit aufmerksamen und fähigen Gastgebern, gerne wieder!

Top Lage, etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig, obwohl ziemlich nah an einem Güterbahnhof, den man fast gar nicht hört. Kleines aber sehr feines Agriturismo, perfekt geführt von sehr nettem Personal, außergewöhnlich sauber, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Salzwasserpool, Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Restaurant anbei (getrennter Betreiber) ist auch außergewöhnlich lecker und preiswert, kleine aber feine Karte mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung!

In einer Nacht war eine andere Familie sehr laut, da kann der Gastgeber aber nichts dazu, in Gegenteil der Gastgeber hat dafür gesorgt, dass die kommenden Nächte wie davor gewohnt sehr ruhig waren.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Der Pool war sehr groß, sehr sauber und man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut - große Auswahl an frischem Obst, diverse Teilchen und italienische Wurst. Wir waren einmal im dazugehörigen Restaurant zum Abendessen und waren sehr zufrieden. In dem Ortschaften ringsherum hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pizzerien, Eisdielen etc.

Wenn man abends nicht im Restaurant essen, aber gemütlich draußen sitzen möchte, sind die Möglichkeiten begrenzt.
