Amazing design - very good location

We loved everything about it. The apartment has a very unique style and is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures, with some surprising modern gadgets and solutions. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and provided lots of useful information — everything ran smoothly. Parking is also optimal nearby and free of charge. The location is superb, not noisy. There are several places to have breakfast/ dinner within a few-minute walk.

Cozy Family Stay with Great Amenities in Palmanova

We spent 7 nights in this cozy, modern accommodation with a little girl – sightseeing (Palmanova, Aquileia), lots of beach time (Grado, 30 minutes away), and shopping. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, all three of us fit easily, and there’s also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning cooled the apartment to a pleasant temperature; you can even separate the AC for just the bedroom, which gets nice and cool at night. The kitchen is well equipped: gas stove, extractor fan, Lavazza coffee machine, microwave, and sink. In addition, there are plates, cutlery, sharp knives, and a panini maker. The only thing missing was an oven, but there are plenty of excellent, affordable restaurants and bars nearby – we didn’t miss it at all. The shower in the bathroom is large and modern – perhaps a bit more storage or hooks would’ve been useful here. In the living room there’s a hanging chair and a big TV. The apartment can be darkened well, with wooden shutters on the windows. There’s a washing machine available; the only thing missing was a larger drying rack. In Palmanova, parking is mostly free, and there’s a huge free parking lot just one block away if there’s no space on the street. The main square is one street away, and there is a gendarmerie opposite, making it even safer. All kinds of shops are within walking distance (Eurospar, Eurospin), and by car it’s a 5-minute drive to the larger shopping mall and outlet. The owner is very kind and helpful; communication by chat was also easy. It’s clear that the apartment was created with much love and enthusiasm – it was really nice to return after a long, tiring day.

The perfect apartment for a stay in Palmanova

Truly a "happy house" and the perfect spot for our stay. You're a few steps away from the piazza and there's ample free parking just a minute's walk away if you don't find any on the street. This apartment was so clean and well-stocked for our needs, everything was great. Nice shower, a great smart TV, good kitchen facilities for cooking, aircon, everything. The host also checked in a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always reachable + friendly. All in all, I would 100% stay here again if I visited Palmanova in the future.

Colorful and positive vibes for an exceptional stay

The apartment was cozy, welcoming and well equipped, stocked with basic condiments. Situated in the center of the city, near all the sights and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was definitely a free parking, right in front of the apartment. The host was really friendly since the moment we booked the place until we left for home. Shared important info on the apartment as well as on the city in a useful binder, holding leaflets from restaurants, opening hours, city map. One night it got a bit chilly as it was raining the whole day, so we turned the heating on and it quickly warmed the whole place. Overall our experience was exceptional, the place was beautiful and clean. we would definitely choose this place for our next visit in Palmanova.

In una sola parola: tutto. L'accesso semplicissimo, l'allegria che trasmette la casa con i suoi colori vivaci, la cura dei particolari della padrona di casa.

Una casa che merita il viaggio

Casa allegra è arredata con una combinazione di colori ed arredi piacevolissimi. Unisce il confort del servizio al gusto estetico e il tutto risulta estremamente rilassante e confortevole. Si nota la cura del dettaglio pur senza fronzoli fastidiosi. Da aggiungere la facilità del check in autonomia, la posiszione centralissima ma molto tranquilla, grazie anche ad una efficiente insonorizzazione, e la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente a pochi passi dall'appartamento.

Purtroppo ci sono stata una sola notte, ma tornerò

Alloggio molto accogliente, ben arredato e curato nei dettagli! Letti comodi, anche il divano letto con un materasso veramente te confortevole. Cucina dotata di tutti il necessario, bagno pratico ed organizzato, con un doccia ampia. Host molto attenta agli ospiti.

Difficile trovare difetti, si vede che è un alloggio studiato da persone attente al confort altrui!

Consigliatissimo. Location perfetta per una comoda vacanza.

Casa accogliente come la padrona di casa. Ambiente colorato e dotato di tutti i confort. Letto enorme e grande doccia. Soluzione indipendente e parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Ristorante a pochi metri che fa ogni piatto anche da asporto (tutto buono tra l'altro). Location ideale per godersi una vacanza.

Le décor harmonieux et original, le calme et la propreté, la qualité du linge de maison. L'emplacement du logement était idéal et les conseils de note hôte ont été judicieux.

Le fonctionnement de la machine à café, qui doit-être entartrée. Le café coulait avec une grande difficulté malgré l'achat de capsules de la même marque. Attention aux feux de cuisson près du mûr, car la crédence en plastique ne supporte pas la chaleur.

Posizione fantastica, praticamente nella bellissima Piazza Grande, appartamento tutto colorato e dotato di ogni comfort, compresa lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, maga smarth TV... pulitissimo!!! Parcheggi gratuiti a volontà sotto casa. Ma su tutto, la cordialità dei proprietari con i quali la comunicazione è stata ottima. Devo assolutamente poi sottolineare la loro disponibilià a venirmi incontro per una particolare esigenza che avevo! Darei più di 10... se ci fosse l'opzione.
