The Space:

At 2000 square feet, this spacious tri-level, 4-bedroom home offers comfort for the whole family. With a bedroom and full bath on the ground floor, it’s ideal for guests of all ages. The second floor holds the living space and kitchen, with a half bath and 2 balconies (one with a BBQ grill!). You'll find three more bedrooms and 2 full baths on the third level. The home includes central heating and AC, a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, fast WiFi, and smart TVs. Enjoy the outdoor seating area, smoke less fire pit, and provided beach equipment. The garage fits two standard sedans. Steps to the beach and close to dining and shops, this relaxing home feels warm, inviting, and wonderfully roomy.



Here is everything you need to know about living space and bedrooms:



Ground floor:

Queen bed w/ en-suite bathroom and plenty of clothing storage. Smart TV for streaming only. From this bedroom you can access the front patio. Ceiling fan.



2nd floor:

Spacious living room w/ a Samsung smart tv. Thermostat to control the central heating and air conditioning. Half bathroom. Balcony that faces the main street. Dining table that sits 6 comfortably which opens to the amazing kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need from a Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea provided. An air fryer, rice maker and instapot. Gas stove, oven and dishwasher. We provide plenty of dishware, cooking essentials and kids dinnerware. There is a balcony off of the dining area that includes a propane gas bbq.



3rd floor:

Features the other 3 bedrooms. As you reach the top of the stairs the first bedroom is the full size bed. Next to that is the shared bathroom which has a tub. The primary bedroom is next, and has a walk in closet, plenty of clothing storage, and an en-suite bathroom. There is aSamsung smart tv and wonderful views of the ocean.

Last bedroom is the bunkbed that includes a full size mattress on the bottom, and twin at the top. Plenty of clothing storage provided.



Garage:

We supply beach equipment such as beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. There are beach cruisers (bikes) we provide which are perfect for a amazing bike ride and getting around. Washer and dryer are free, and we provide laundry detergent. The garage can easily fit 2 regular size sedans or one large suv.



There is street parking on the main road in case you need to park more vehicles.



The front patio features out door seating, and a smokeless fire pit. (we do not provide any wood)

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire space. The home is part of a complex with one shared wall with the unit to the east. There is an attached 2-car garage.



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach, or "PB" as locals call it, is one of San Diego's most popular and vibrant beach neighborhoods. Known for its energetic atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and eclectic mix of surf culture and nightlife, Pacific Beach offers something for everyone.

The heart of PB is the iconic Ocean Front Walk/Boardwalk, a bustling oceanfront promenade perfect for biking, skating, jogging, or people-watching. Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard are lined with casual eateries, beach bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and surf shops, creating a lively beach town vibe day and night.

Located at the northern end of Pacific Beach (and steps from the house!), Tourmaline Surfing Park (affectionately known as "Tourmo") is a beloved local gem and one of San Diego's most popular surf spots. This designated surfing area is perfect for longboarders, stand-up paddleboarders, and surfers of all skill levels looking to catch mellow, rolling waves.

What sets Tourmaline apart is its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and stunning natural beauty. The beach features a large grassy park area with picnic tables, perfect for post-surf gatherings or enjoying a seaside meal. It's also a favorite spot for watching breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific.



Getting Around:

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in PB. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 2-car garage if you bring your own vehicle.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
