Living & Dining
The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and brand-new glass railings for unobstructed Pacific Ocean views. Relax on new leather sofas while enjoying the sound of the waves or stream your favorites on the 70” Smart LG TV.
The dining area includes a drop-leaf table seating 6–8, plus a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen features:

• Stainless steel LG appliances (electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

The beach view is terrific from this condo. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and stores and convenient to get on the highway to see San Diego sights. San Diego Parks and Rec does an outstanding job of keeping the beach clean. The host was available and quick to answer our questions before and during our stay. The unit was clean and the furniture comfortable. There is a designated parking space (could say its on the lower level). It is a bit complicated to gain access, but the instructions given by the host are pretty good. An enjoyable stay for our whole family.Only issues were that the (2) washer/dryers on the floor are shared (pay} and one was not working but no sign on it, so we found out after starting it and had to move the laundry to the other after it finished and pay again. Other issue - is figuring out that there is a 2nd key fob in the unit. Maybe that info could be added to the host's instructions.

The apartment was incredible, and it is literally on the beach. It is close enough to the main part of the boardwalk that you can walk to any number of restaurant/bars, but just far enough that it is peaceful. The only downside was the lead up to the trip was made more cumbersome than necessary. Prior to the trip you need to load multiple documents into their portal, which would be fine if that was it. However, they still called/texted multiple times to confirm every detail of what I was doing at the property, almost as if they were trying to catch us in a lie. Still loved the property, and our family had an awesome time once we checked in.

Best view ever from the 5th floor. Really enjoyed watching the surfers and people enjoying the beach with their dogs.
