The hosts here are great. Super responsive and accommodating. This is an ideal spot for anyone wanting to visit the Pacific/mission Beach area of San Diego. It's one and a half blocks from the beach and right off Mission Boulevard where there is a shopping and dining as well as having oceanfront dining views. The 4 rooms are spacious and 2 with bathroom and small patios. There are many stairs in the home. The condo had a nice first floor open kitchen and patio. We were 4 adult women who appreciated the bathrooms and open kitchen area. Lot's of seating. I would recommend. It was nice that they had beach chairs and a few beach towels.

Highly recommend this property for large groups. Beds were all very comfortable! Property was clean and spacious and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, so parking was at a premium. The garage was able to accommodate one of our two cars, but not the large SUV. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.We would definitely stay again!

Clean home with an awesome location. You’re a block away from tons of restaurants and the beach. They have garage parking which was so helpful as street parking is near impossible. Rooms were spacious, clean and the home was really comfortable. Owners were also very easy to communicate with.

Extremely happy with our stay. Home was spotless. Lots of space.Only issue is parking. The twin garage is very narrow and the alleyway is so tight that it is very difficult to park a car in the garage unless it is a sub-compact. Forget on street parking.Otherwise I highly recommend this home.

This property was perfect for our family for a Thanksgiving. holiday...there were 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. And we enjoyed being two blocks from the beach. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people in the very well equipped kitchen...there is everything you need. We even were able to accommodate all 13 of us at the dining table. The only inconvenience we had was a very big leak in one side of the kitchen sink during the preparation of the Thanksgiving meal which we cleaned up as we didn't want to disturb the cleaning people on the holiday. However it was addressed immediately the next day with a new garbage disposal. The house was clean, but it did feel that it's time for a new coat of paint to brighten up the inside. Recommend going to Balboa Park and walk in Torrey Pines.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Location was great, neighborhood was great! The house was clean, communication was easy and we felt safe the whole time! The only down side was parking, but I think that’s the norm. Would definitely stay again!

Very roomy condo, comfortable beds, clear and prompt communication with owner, used Wifi to work remotely and had no issues at all. If I had to nitpick about anything would be that although the kitcken is very large and you have what you need to cook to include Keurig and regular drip coffee, there was no courtesy Kcups of coffee filters. Would have been a nice touch to have some courtesy extras like that in the kitchen. Otherwise, was comfortable and beautiful neighborhood to walk around, walk to beach for morning walks, plenty of coffee shops and food near by. Very nice!

This property is roomy and close to many restaurants. However, what the listing does not mention is the garage is a tandem one and is is extremely hard to fit a car inside. Plus, there are two sets of stairs to get to the master bedroom, so it is a lot of climbing up and down throughout the week.

Only a two minute walk to the beach, plus, this property is completely surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. Six adults and one toddler. Plenty of space as long as you aren’t planning to stay inside all day. Excellent communication from host. Very friendly and accommodating. The property was really clean on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances large and small, dinnerware, pots, pans, really everything you need to cook full meals. Comfortable beds. Five minute walk from Pacific Beach. Lots of shopping, food. Close to airport, SeaWorld, downtown. Lots to love about this place, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time here! Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Mia for being so responsive! We rented a car at the airport only to find out we really didn't need it. EVERYTHING is with in walking distance from the house. The beach, amazing restaurants, shops and dessert places! We could have just ubered to the zoo and back and forth to the airport. The teens loved having their own bedrooms with TV's and the living/dining room easily accommodated all 6 of us. Everything was clean and tidy too! A great time was had by all!
