    This unit is in a prime location to the beach and boardwalk. It is also centrally located for other activities you may want to do during your stay in San Diego. The unit is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Assigned parking spots in the garage are tight and it can be tricky parking any large SUV type of vehicle.

    The condo was very nice inside. We had plenty of room and the amenities were as described in the ad. The check-in and check-out are a bit inconvenient because you can't enter or leave the parking garage without a remote which is stored in the unit. So, when we arrived, I had to double-park, use a code to go through a gate, use a code to get into the condo, get the remote, go back to the car, drive around to the garage, open it with the remote and then park. Also, the code for the door has a "check mark" at the end after the numbers. It wasn't clear that this is actually a button that you need to press. Not a big deal, just caused an initial delay and a second phone call. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay other than the minor inconvenience related to the garage remote at the beginning and end of our stay. If we were in the area, I would stay there again.

    This condo is with great location, very spacious, nice and clean, I m absolutely satisfying with everything inside the house, great for a big family visit with senior and kids. Just the parking slot, although there are 2 parking slot assigned, but there is a big pillar in between and actually took up the space, we have a big 7 seats family car, we had also big car as neighbors on both side and a pillar in the middle, we couldn’t open the side door and we had to find a way getting out of the car for everyone, it was quite funny but really struggling every time we parked it in.

    We were thoroughly pleased with our stay here. We had plenty of room to comfortably house family and friends without losing privacy. Plenty of bathrooms, hot water, temperature control, comfortable beds, clean space, private and accessible laundry. We noted the bunk bed in an alcove but it worked well for my son and his friend who are teens and they had enough privacy in their area. We also noticed the review of the “junky” yard next door, and it’s true but it didn’t impact us. The owners have tried to block the view from the balcony but that wasn’t even a concern for us because we were on the go during the day anyway. We felt safe and I would absolutely love to stay here again. You do need to be able to navigate stairs, and have cars to fit the narrow parking spaces. The parking is the only downside to this place. When other cars are there, it’s a challenge to park without bumping the column. We loved how close we were to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. Super happy with the rental company too. There was a little bit of maintenance needed on the kitchen faucet but it worked, it was just a little loose from wear and tear. If you rent here you will be pleased!!!

    Great location, roomy place, great to have assigned parking. Too much deferred maintenance. The air conditioning did not work and in my 5 days it was never fixed. Carpets are dirty, 2 curtain rods fell down while closing curtains. Cabinets are heavily water stained. The drain cover in the master shower is bent and an edge is exposed to your feet. Walls in entry were stained and scuffed.
