The borgo has an open pool (14/7 meters) with a sunbathing area for guests. We fell in love with the area and the house, which allows us to enjoy the views of Umbria and Lake Trasimeno even when inside the house through large windows to the view. Even in winter, you can sit in the heated house and watch the sunrise and sunset We tried to infuse the house with a pleasant, homely atmosphere and we hope that everyone who chooses to stay in our house will share this feeling. The guests are received by Giovanna, who lives near the house and is responsible for the cleaning and regular maintenance, and is available for any assistance as needed.
The location of the house allows you to enjoy both worlds, Umbria and Tuscany: the wonderful cities of Perugia and Assisi on the one hand and Cortona and Montepulciano on the other. In the vicinity of the house there are excellent restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
