Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months

We had a great holiday in Arezzo. The house is charming, well maintained and fully equiped. The large garden with mature trees and a large size pool are the best. The hospitality of Loretta and Fabio is outstanding. The area of Arezzo offers plenty of beautyful day trips. We had an warm pizza night with the family.

What a wonderful location , peaceful and relaxing Fabio and Loretta were amazing hosts we felt like family . They were available at all times to help us navigate our needs. Their recommendations were exactly what we wanted , fabulous dinners and wine . Their home was inviting well stocked and the views were beautiful. We took a stroll through the neighborhood that left us feeling like we had stepped into a fairy tale. It met our expectations and more ! Can not wait to visit again ! Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great. Overall, we will absolutely recommend this stay and would love to return and stay again! Thank you both so much for your hospitality!

Staying here has been the highlight of our trip! We loved getting away from the busy tourist areas and seeing smaller towns. Our hosts, Loretta and Fabio, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible from the practical-helping navigate the washing machine-to the extraordinary-digging up ta truffle in their yard for us and cooking us pizza in their wood burning pizza oven! And we loved their dog, Puccio!!! I highly recommend staying here!! We’d love to come back!!!

Bellissima esperienza di relax per tutta la famiglia. Il Casale è splendido, immerso nel verde, in posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e dintorni. Le bimbe si sono divertite in sicurezza tra piscina, calcino, ping pong e Loretta e Fabio ci hanno sempre fatto sentire come a casa! Ci torneremo!

Siamo arrivati al casale del riccio il 29 dicembre,Loretta e Fabio ci hanno accolto come se già ci conoscessimo.Ci hanno fatto trovare della buona frutta,uno spumante in frigo,una casa calda sotto tutti gli aspetti.Un bel piatto di ceci caldi e per il 31ci hanno consegnato dei dolcetti.Noi viaggiamo molto,ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto tutte queste attenzioni. Il casale immerso nella tranquillità si trova a 5 minuti dal centro di Arezzo ed è dotato di ogni comfort,non poteva essere altrimenti,visto la cordialità e l'ospitalita'dei proprietari.Ce ne siamo andati a malincuore ma torneremo sicuramente,magari con la bella stagione,per goderci anche la piscina e la parte esterna che è meravigliosa.Grazie ancora Fabio e Loretta,a presto.

La struttura è impeccabile in tutto, bella e confortevole, la piscina bellissima, cordialità assoluta da parte di Loretta e Fabio, abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di sentirci a casa , ideale anche per i bambini che hanno possibilità di correre e giocare in assoluta tranquilla. Peccato aver trascorso poco tempo ma ci torneremo sicuramente.

Grazie a Fabio e Loretta è stato una vacanza perfetta! La casa è bellissima, in posizione strategica per raggiungere Arezzo tramite le scale mobili e arrivare nel centro storico comodamente e in pochi minuti. Fabio e Loretta sono degli host fantastici e nella casa che affittano ho trovato accorgimenti che non ho mai trovato neanche in alberghi a cinque stelle. Torneremo sicuramente
