Athens and Atlanta are both near neighbors, so when you're craving a city setting, take a quick drive. Remote workers will appreciate the designated work space, and everyone will love the downstairs game room with a pool table, vintage arcade games, board games, and a fully equipped exercise space.

Inside, the kitchen comes fully equipped for all of your culinary creations with a complete set of plates, silverware, a waffle maker, a juicer, a blender, a toaster, a conventional oven, a coffee grinder, a Keurig, and a tea kettle. After eating, relax together in the spacious living room and watch TV on one of the home's three Roku TVs.
The primary bedroom provides a private hideaway with its elegant furnishings and large en suite bathroom. Indulge in some you-time as you sink into the soaking tub. Rest assured that all your loved ones will be satisfied with their sleeping quarters as they have been carefully decorated and adorned with high-quality linens.
Additional stellar perks include geothermal and solar panels, ensuring you always have power, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. The garage is equipped with two Tesla electric car chargers.
Outside, watch the radiant night sky fill with stars with your loved ones by your side.
The home can accommodate 5 vehicles at one time. One RV can be accommodated at a time with full hookups at no extra cost.

Great property in a rural location. For those wanting to decompress it’s perfect. The goats and sheep behind the house were fun to watch. Cute winery just down the road. Game room made for a fun evening activity. Had some trouble getting the back electronic keypad to let us into the house (likely operator error!). Local host was available and assisted quickly. House was comfortable and amenities were good!Would stay again if in the area.

To celebrate my mother's 90th birthday, I rented this place near my sister, nephew & niece. Twelve people ranging from 10 - 90 (only four adults actually stayed at the house, the others went to their nearby homes each night, though there were a LOT of beds available). This house could not have been better. Comfortable bedrooms that were down the hall and quiet, a large and very well supplied kitchen and a game room that was amazing! Bathrooms had nice fluffy towels. Excellent wifi. Very clean. Sufficient parking. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching and listening to the farm animals. The variety of games suited all ages. Communication with the host was excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The family all wants to return there.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Georgia booked for our daughter's wedding weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable attention to detail and thoughtful touches provided by our amazing host.
The house exceeded all our expectations - it was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for us, being so close to the wedding venue, which made our weekend even more special.
What truly set this experience apart was the host's exceptional hospitality. When we mentioned that a BBQ grill would be a great addition, he went above and beyond to ensure one was provided for us promptly; including charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid. This level of responsiveness and care truly made us feel valued and welcomed.
Our daughter's wedding weekend was made even more memorable and enjoyable because of our stay at this fantastic property. We cannot recommend this home and host highly enough to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Georgia.
