About this apartment rental
Affordable Top Floor Condo in the Heart of Downtown Asheville! Home to amazing breweries, stellar restaurants, and across the street from the Civic Center where the best entertainment, trade shows and conventions take place. Amenities include king size, dual adjustable Tempurpedic bed, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Features include spa bathroom with new dual shower heads and garden tub, large walk in closet with built-in dresser. This home comes with an assigned parking space so park and be ready to explore!!
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
This is not a place for a party. NO smoking or vaping of any kind. No tampering with smoke detectors (they are connected to a building-wide system that will result in an alarm and notification to the fire department and property management). No pets allowed. Any of these activities will result in the forfeiture of your stay.
2 people maximum are allowed inside the unit. The property is not child-proof (cabinets, outlets, etc.). If you have a child, you will be responsible for their safety. Limit hallway access to the West side of floors 2 and 3 (for coming and going). Guests may not explore other parts of the building. Park one car in designated space provided. If a car is parked elsewhere on property, it will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. All items left behind will be disposed of for the health and safety of the next guest.
It is recommended that you turn on the exhaust fans when cooking in the unit so as to not set off the smoke detectors. The timer switch that runs the fans is located in the hallway to the right and below the circuit panel. Please close the hallway door when cooking to minimize the possibility of setting off the hallway smoke detector. The timer switch also controls the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Now most important: Please be sure to relax, unwind, and soak up everything Asheville has to offer! If anything comes up, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately.

Peggy was great at keeping us informed and updated especially since we had to rearrange plans at the last minute due to a major ice storm. Her promptness and kindness combined with the location makes us definitely want to stay here again!

We had a great time in Asheville! Our VRBO was wonderful. The unit is as pictured and clean. We loved that it was in walking distance to many downtown spots.
