Outstanding home in a central location!. Access to boat ramp, 15 miles to Anna Maria, easy drive to Fishing pier at Skyway bridge. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area.
The home has been well maintained. A great outdoor area with table and chairs , firepit and grill. Downstairs offers the laundry area, a coffee bar , small fridge, flat screen tv, and a large sectional sleeper sofa. Don't forget about the Ping Pong table and dart board .A great hang out area.
Upstairs you will find an open living/dining area with plenty of seating. Well stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals. 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

3rd bedroom =Twin over Twin bunkbed and Full bed
Downstairs private living area=85 inch sectional sofa bed sleeper (perfect for 1 person or 2 small children)
