This place was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect with access to many beach areas, dining and activities. The house was well stocked and had everything by we needed to make us comfortable. The host was easy to get ahold of and made sure we were very well cared for. This house is a very short walk away from Manatee River and the sunsets over the river are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a ton of time in the pool. We can’t wait to return and hope to stay here again!

-The EXTREMELY LOUD Open Door/Open Pool Door Alarms drove us crazy! ex: no one could exit the apt section to go to the kitchen in the mornings to get coffee or go out to read by the pool or go for a walk from anywhere in the house without setting off the alarms which were so loud they woke everyone else sleeping in the house. We were told they could not be turned off.
- There is no wifi in the apt section - which makes the tv in there unusable because that tv is streaming only.
-For a house that sleeps 10, it was extremely disappointing to only have 3 beach chairs and one umbrella. We only had 6 people but we all needed a chair and partial shade at the beach at our age.
-There wasn't a normal coffee machine - just and expresso machine or a french press. We had to go buy a coffee maker for our use that week.
-As far as being by the river - we were told only when we got there that you had to stay off the piers - they were all privately owned. There was no other place to walk to if you wanted to take a chair & sit and relax by the river.
-The spa was disappointing and did not get anywhere near 100 degrees.
