About this house rental
This spacious home boasts 3,300 square-feet of luxurious open living. Completely remodeled home, high end finishes such as granite counters, and tile flooring throughout. 7.5 miles to the many white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! 3.8 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 2.8 miles to Blake Medical Center, 1.4 miles to Bradenton Country Club.
Includes BOTH the main house which is 3 bed/3 bath PLUS the Guest House which is 2 bed/1 bath (a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!). Guest House is a separate 900 sf detached building with separate front entry, its own driveway and additional access from the pool/patio area. Includes a King bedroom, a Queen Bedroom, living room with Sectionals Sofa and Bar height table & stools. Sleeps a total of 18, including guest house.
Large screened pool deck surrounding the heated pool & spa. Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.
Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs
Screened Poolside Furniture: Outdoor sofa, 6 chairs and 4 lounge chairs
Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Pets (dogs only) allowed on a case by case basis with a $150 pet fee

The house was extremely spacious and exactly what we needed for our family. The living area, especially nice with leather couches and a lounge chair and small clusters of dining as well as a dining table. I haven’t found many homes that provides so many supplies as they do: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; shampoo, body wash, hand soap; dish soap, and dishwasher soap; laundry detergent, and bounce. Starter for the Keurig coffee, and Maxwell house large container for the regular pot.I had read one review that there were no sidewalks, however, Riverview, where the house faces has a sidewalk all along across the street, as well as beginning east of the house on the other side. There is a park a couple blocks east and a couple blocks south of that main drag which has playground and lots of space to walk a dog and dispose of waste.We were in the master bedroom, which is right off the living area, and it is very spacious. The other king-size bedroom and the one with bunkbeds are in a hallway away from the living area so they are not near morning Kitchen sounds. We put my son-in-law and his adult son in the cottage as they both tend to snore. They were comfortable and so were we.It is where to find a house with such abundance, space and very near civilization! We were in town visiting my grand niece and nephew live in Parrish. We went to zoo Tampa with them and it was one of the nicest zoos I have visited.
