Guests are welcome to use anything on the property. This is your home away from home, get comfy, relax and have fun!
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for 7 cars in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
• Ring cameras at the front and side of home
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• The heater will be set to 86 degrees and it is not able to be adjusted. The heaters ability to heat the water to 86 degrees is dependent on the outdoor air temperature and humidity. If the outdoor air temperature drops below 70 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach the preset temperature of 86 degrees. This is a large pool which takes up to 48 hours to heat up so please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated. We do not offer any refunds on pool heat if mother nature doesn't cooperate. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the property; any violation of this policy, including lighting fireworks, will result in a $1,000 penalty charged to the guest.
• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.

The floor plan was amazing. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. We had fun in the game room. We spent most of the time in the pool. The hot tub can get very hot. It felt wonderful. It had plenty of parking and nobody was ever blocked. Close to the beach and Publix. Looking forward to doing it again.

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. That said, a few advertised amenities were missing or not in working condition—there was no pool table, no beach toys, and the umbrella was broken. I would have brought my own items if I had known ahead of time. There were also some leftover party decorations and the home could benefit from a deeper cleaning. With those updates, this property would be excellent.
