The Rundinelle villa, comfortably equipped for 6 people, offers the ideal setting for holidays with family or friends, just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach.
It is the perfect base for creating wonderful holiday memories in a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
Its carefully maintained landscaped garden is perfect for relaxing. You can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, a pétanque court for friendly games in the sun, and swings that will delight the little ones.
Just 5 minutes from Solenzara: bakeries, mini-markets, various shops (crafts, fashion), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlours, tobacconists/newsagents, hairdressers, chemists, doctors, post office (ATM), petrol stations, farmers' market, pedestrianised evenings, etc. ....
Wide range of activities:
Water sports - diving, sailing, jet skiing, quad biking, tree climbing, tennis, horse riding, mountain excursions (Les Aiguilles de Bavella).
Swimming in rivers and via Ferrata (all along the Bavella road): natural pools, waterfalls or small beaches

Kitchen open to the living room: 3-ring induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, small appliances, vacuum cleaner, etc.
French windows opening onto covered terraces: garden furniture, privacy screen at the front of the house, plancha grill.
Hallway leading to the sleeping area:
Bedroom 1: air conditioning: 1 double bed (160/200 cm), large wardrobe with hanging space, view of the pool and mountains.
Bedroom 2: air conditioning: 1 double bed (160/200 cm), large wardrobe with hanging space, view of the pool and mountains.
Storage room: air conditioning.
Laundry room: iron and mini ironing board, washing machine, folding clothes dryer, cleaning equipment.
Separate WC.
Shower room: shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer.
Bedroom 3: master suite with air conditioning: 160/200 bed, garden view, en-suite shower room (shower, double basin, heated towel rail, WC).
Saltwater pool: 8m x 4.10m x 1.5m deep (heated outside the summer season), sun loungers.
Enclosed garden: swings (children only, maximum weight 45 kg), pétanque court, outdoor shower

A credit card imprint will be taken as a security deposit upon arrival: Deposit: €3,000.
