About this villa rental
The property on 3200m2, located between the seaside and the Aiguilles de Bavella crossed by the GR20, awaits you for a dream holiday with sea view, combining comfort and nature. On one level, and facing south, with double living room on a large wooden terrace and its pergola which dominates the garden for your relaxation.
With large living spaces, the villa is very bright, easy to live in with family or friends and has a large landscaped garden for your relaxation, meals and barbecue, petanque,

The villa is perfect for a privileged break away from the world, as a couple, family or friends, out of sight.
Ideally located, the villa is by the sea (100 meters walk) in a small residence close to Solenzara and its port, its shops and restaurants. The famous Corsican mountains are also very close (5-10 minutes by car) so you can enjoy the spring waters and the trails of the GR20 for the more adventurous. Porto Vecchio is also only 30 minutes away.
The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms including:
- 2 master suites with their own shower room (with air conditioning);
- 2 bedrooms with also their own bathroom (with air conditioning in each;
- 1 mezzanine with 2 beds completes the property (fan).
The villa is also fully equipped to enhance your holiday with:
- A barbecue
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms
- Garden furniture and sun loungers
- A large fully equipped open kitchen (2 fridge freezers)
- A large living room under the exposed framework and its large fireplace
- Everything necessary for baby (small bath, high chair, folding bed...)
- Wifi, television
Possibility of motorboat rental available at the port of Solenzara for your excursions to the magnificent beaches of Cannelle, Fautea, Favone or even Porto Vecchio and the Lavezzi Islands.
