Comfortable air-conditioned villa of 148 m², wheelchair accessible on the first floor. Located on a family farm of 15 ha. 5 minutes from the beaches, rivers and 10 minutes from the marina of Solenzara.
The villa consists of: Fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker + filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer... Living room: corner bench, coffee table, & 2 armchairs, television. Living room: table + 12 chairs. 5 Bedrooms On the first floor 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom, bed 160 (possible 2 beds 80) + BZ armchair in 80, 1 bedroom, bed 160 (possible 2 beds in 80) + BZ armchair in 80. Bathroom: double sink unit, toilet for people with reduced mobility, bathtub, walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom, bed 160 (possible 2 beds 80), 1 bedroom, bed 160 (possible 2 beds 80) + 2 bunk beds 90, 1 bedroom, bed 160 (possible 2 beds 80). Bathroom: Walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
Outside: Large terrace 40 m² furnished, table + 12 chairs, electric blind. Fenced garden, gas barbecue, deckchairs. Parking, electric gate on the property.

From here you can easily access the RT 10 which runs along the entire eastern coast of Corsica. You can discover this coast, from Bastia to Bonifacio, between small coves and long beaches of golden sand.
You will enjoy stopping at the ponds of Diana and Urbinu, and tasting delicious shellfish.
You will find the Travu valley and its generous nature. Unless you prefer to relax in the warm waters of the Pietrapola baths
