About this villa rental
Recent house 2021 located in the municipality of Solaro at a place called Listinchellu in a residential hamlet, 5 km from Solenzara and its port.
You will appreciate its calm and tranquility in an authentic setting on the edge of the Corsican maquis between sea and mountains. This house is ideally located near essential shops (5 minutes by car) and the magnificent wild beaches of Ghisonaccia in Solaro. The rivers of Solenzara and Travo frame the town of Solaro offering you swimming and various activities (canyoning, water hikes). Hiking trails are available from Solaro, a track starts from Listinchelllo (100m from the house) and goes up to the village (count 1h30 to operate). For the more adventurous, a via ferrata (one of the most beautiful...) awaits you in the town of Chisa (25 minutes by car).
You will enjoy the terrace on the terrace, admire the sunrise over the sea at breakfast and enjoy the heated swimming pool.
Surface area of 100m2, 5 rooms, terrace of 25m2 with table for 8 people and living room. A dining area near the swimming pool, in the shade of an olive tree, is also at your disposal. Playground, remember to bring your petanque balls (wooden balls and Molki available on site).
The airports of Bastia and Figari are 1h15 / 1h30 drive.
A vehicle is essential.

It is necessary to fight against global warming and to improve the quality of life to ensure that water and electricity are not wasted, to use them wisely and to sort waste. We are counting on you!

- Bedroom 1 (11m2) air-conditioned, bed 160 with bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet.
- Bedroom 2 (11m2) air-conditioned, bed 160.
- Bedroom 3 (8m2) with 2 beds in 90. Bedroom 2 and 3 are separated by a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)
- 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets
Living room, living room: sofa, armchair, Sat C+ TV and free Netflix, table for 8 guests, small desk. Air-conditioned.
Open kitchen: fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher + small household appliances (Nespresso, coffee maker etc.), crockery and accessories.
Pantry: 1 fridge, washing machine, cooler
Terrace: 25m2 facing East, facing the sea. Summer lounge, oak table for 10 guests with benches, top fridge. Electric barbecue.

Loved our stay!
The villa was fantastic and very very clean. The location was amazing and facilities were great too. The excellent swimming pool was where our two boys spent the majority of their time. We loved it, would come back again!
